Training Sales Executive



  • Managing training sales prospects and customers
  • Analyze training needs in the market
  • Prepare proposal to potential clients
  • Meets sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • To perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Management from time to time
  • To be ready for duty at any time / anywhere as per directed




  • Candidate must possess at least a recognized Diploma in any field or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in training sales
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Energetic and assertive
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent in spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as a strong team player
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel


  •  Salary range : RM2,200.00 – RM3,000.00
