Training Sales Administration Executive

Petaling Jaya, Selangor


  • Analyze training needs in the market
  • Prepare proposal to potential clients
  • Process training administration requests in areas of waiver, training results, printing of certificates, etc
  • Collaborate with Finance Department to verify invoice and payment details
  • Manage queries/enquiries on training administration
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings within the division, and with external parties
  • Collate data/information/statistics for monthly report
  • Manage files and file registry
  • Manage office assets and provide general administrative support
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned
  • To perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Management from time to time
  • To be ready for duty at any time / anywhere as per directed 


  • Candidate must possess at least a recognized Diploma in any field or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in training
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Energetic and assertive
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
  • Excellent in spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as a strong team player
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel


  • Salary range : RM1,200.00 – RM1,500.00
