Training Coordinator



  • Manage the overall training and development function of the company to achieve organizational objectives
  • Plan, develop, implement and review the training strategies, modules and programs
  • Conduct orientation, operational and soft skills training
  • Develop and maintain documents for various training process
  • Handle the administration activities related to training
  • Co-ordination with trainers/speakers & clients
  • Analyze training needs in the market
  • Produce training materials for in-house and external courses/workshop
  • Prepare proposal to potential clients
  • Manage the delivery of training & development progress
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • To perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Management from time to time
  • To be ready for duty at any time / anywhere as per directed


  • Candidate must possess at least a recognized Diploma in any field or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in training and development
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Energetic and assertive
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent in spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as a strong team player
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel



  • Salary range : RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00
