Senior Recruiter



  •  Calls, screens, and assists candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Builds relationships with potential candidates on a continual basis through e-mail, calls, and networking
  • Creates a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for current and future positions with the goal of increasing the level of candidate flow and customer service to business partners
  • Cold calls potential candidates presented by research to identify possible fit for position/organization
  • Gauges interest level of candidate through pre-screening questions
  • Maintains database of names generated, ensuring continued data integrity and accuracy
  • Qualifies candidates for needed skill set/competencies for current or potential positions through phone screen
  • Works closely with the a small team of recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goal
  • Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)
  • Develops and implements sourcing strategies to find and attract desired and qualified candidates
  • Develops and maintains extensive and effective networks within professional associations and within the community to ensure a continuous supply of candidates
  • Utilizes advanced internet mining techniques and social media technologies
  • Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals and strong candidate pipeline
  • Screens applicants who have responded to postings via various Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Recruits multiple positions at one time
  • Conducts searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned
  • To perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Management from time to time
  • To be ready for duty at any time / anywhere as per directed



  • Candidate must possess at least a recognized Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field or its equivalent
  • Staffing/Executive Search Industry or Corporate Recruiting experience is an added advantage
  • Experience in recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions
  • Results driven in a positive and professional manner in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Energetic and assertive
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications with good analytical skills and meticulous
  • Excellent in spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate with additional command in Mandarin will be an added advantage
