I T Helpdesk

Provide 1st level helpdesk support to the customer .
Troubleshoots minor equipment malfunctions and corrects them as directed by operation manuals, or supervisor.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Helpdesk System.
To identify and organize tickets according to priority and forward tickets to engineers and technicians
Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
To compile and update report from Technician and to be submitted to the customer by end of the day.
To compile Service Report Form for monthly submission to the customer.
To update both daily report using the template as well as the web-based system.
Document internal procedures .
Looking for Junior Executive
Contract position available (1 Year Basis).
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen U5 Shah Alam
Working days: 5 working days with 2 alternate rest days
Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (1st Shift) and 6pm - 12am (2nd Shift)
