  • Provide 1st level helpdesk support to the customer .
  • Troubleshoots minor equipment malfunctions and corrects them as directed by operation manuals, or supervisor.
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Helpdesk System.
  • To identify and organize tickets according to priority and forward tickets to engineers and technicians
  • Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.  
  • To compile and update report from Technician and to be submitted to the customer by end of the day.
  • To compile Service Report Form for monthly submission to the customer.
  • To update both daily report using the template as well as the web-based system.
  • Document internal procedures .


  • Looking for Junior Executive
  • Contract position available (1 Year Basis).
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen U5 Shah Alam
  • Working days: 5 working days with 2 alternate rest days
  • Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (1st Shift) and 6pm - 12am (2nd Shift)
