Sudong Sdn Bhd - Customer Care Officer ( English / Mandarin Speaker)

Klang, Selangor


  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements


  • Experience in Specialization below (or equivalent) :
    • Customer Service
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above or SPM/ STPM/ Cert with 1 year working experiences
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided in English
  • Applicant must be able to work on rotating shifts
  • Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch and 30 minutes for rest/ break time
  • Required language: English (ability to speak mandarin is an added advantage and extra language allowance are provided)
  • Commitment of at least 1 Year contract
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Klang
