Office Admin Cum Accounts Executive / Manager

W.P. Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources – recruitment, interviews, reference check, employment contract, foreign employment, permits and licensing; staff leave, staff welfare, medical & insurance
  2. Office Administrations – utilities & equipment maintenance; purchasing administrations, sanitary supplies, pantry supplies; licensing from council; facilities and services

Requirements:

    1. Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent and preferably with Secretarial Background.
    2. Able to do full set of accounts, payroll (including familiarity  with EPF, SOCSO and Tax requirements)
    3. Preferably female aged 30 – 45 years old
    4. Meticulous and attentive attitude
    5. Good organizational skills and self discipline
    6. Good written and spoken English is an important asset/requirement
    7. Must be able to interact effectively with staff or control/manage staff

Remuneration
