Accounts Assistant



  1. Checking supplier invoices and payment - credit terms
  2. Prepare supplier reconciliation & Part of General Ledge closing, tax analysis
  3. Supplier and internal dept enquiries of invoices status etc


  1. Min LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications.
  2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in handling full or partial set of accounts.
  3. Computer Literate, proficient in Ms. Excel and Ms. Words
  4. able to work in a team, minimum supervision
  5. accounting Background, computer literate, knowledge of ERP will be an added advantages
