Assistant Retail Manager

Selangor

Responsibilities:

  1. a key driver in the operation team. Able to drive and implement changes in the retail operation to be more efficient and effective
  2. to lead the Retail Executives/ Area Managers under the assigned portfolio and drive the sales to achieve sales budgets
  3. responsible for long-term brand building along with other key personnel in the organization
  4. responsible for the profitability of each retail storeunder the assigned portfolio
  5. responsible for the overall operations of the retail outlets under the assigned portfolio
  6. manage staff to include recruitment, retention and appraisals, overtime, training, safety and any other day-to-day staffing issues

Requirements:

  1. At least a Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing or its equivalent
  2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in related fields or and customer service experience in a luxury retail industry will be an advantage
  3. Excellent skills in MS Excel & Power Point
  4. Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese (both oral and written) languages
  5. Able to work independently
  6. Possess own transport and willing to travel
  7. Expertise in managing people

Remuneration

  • Salary (RM)4,000.00 - 7,000.00
