Human Resource Executive

Selangor

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for recruitment and training & development functions
  2. Provide administrative support in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment operations
  3. Assist in recruitment activities
  4. Assist in renewal of permits for foreign workers
  5. To design and initiate creative ideas for recruitment programmes and job advertisements
  6. To manage working relationships with agencies to enhance recruitment process
  7. Able to prepare and analyse recruitment reports and make necessary recommendations
  8. Able to communicate with all level of employees within the group

Requirements:

  1. Degree / Diploma in Human Resource
  2. Computer literacy
  3. Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be an advantage
  4. Knowledge of profile tests is an advantage
  5. Creative and resourceful in sourcing, building alliances with key recruitment partners, also in career path management
  6. Minimum 2 years proven results shown in recruitment and training & development
  7. Experience in full spectrum of recruitment and interview processes, preferably with experience in recruiting all levels of employees in retail sector

Remuneration

  • Salary (RM)3,000.00 - 3,500.00
