Customer Service Officer Cum Receptionist

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Priority in handling service desk front counter (face-to-face) customer service.
  • Responsible for helpdesk email replying. Ensure completion of all helpdesk replies and stand in within the department.
  • Practice good customer servicing via front counters and telephone.
  • Secondary requirement: scheduling and handling tour groups for the brand centre.
  • Teamwork required. Work closely with the Order Processing team in order related issues.
  • Support all company promotional events, product expo, etc.
  • Assist in all shop activities. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma level. Tertiary education preferred.
  • Able to articulate well in BM, Chinese and English.
  • Good written skills. Good in writing reports.
  • Good listening skills. Likes to talk over the phone.
  • Good customer service skills. Likes human interaction.
  • MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint literate
