Customer Service Officer ( Call Centre )

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of all inbound calls
  • Set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality in this area
  • Act as first point of contact on complaints/issues relating to products or services and provide assistance and advice when needed
  • Report writing and  calls analysis
  • Participate in Company events
  • May be required to participate in workshops and company sponsored events

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with 2 years working experience in Call Centre environment
  • Able to read and write in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work in a team
  • Good customer service skills and like to interact with people
