Compensation Executive

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Supports compensation and incentive policy, procedures and programs
  • Assist in conducting surveys and studies labour markets to determine compensation trends,
  • Applies job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates within the organization as compared with rates in industry
  • Develop proficiency in government regulations, company policies and agreements with labour unions to establish standard rates
  • May be responsible for executive compensation, HRIS functions, incentive plan and stock option administration.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Admin / Business Studies / Finance with 1 year related experience in compensation plan design, implementation, administration, alternative methodologies.
  • Must have experience in market analysis, organization / job analysis, compensation administration, incentive plan design and administration.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, database management and project management. 

Remuneration

Salary offered up to RM4,500.00
