Regionals Sales Executive

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong partnership with distributors at all levels
  • Ensuring all field activities are well executed and to create a healthy business environment
  • Implementing company goals to enhance the Amway Business Opportunity, through action plans that are creative and impactful
  • Monitoring and taking proactive solutions to ensure a conducive environment for all distributors to build their Amway business
  • Establish rapport and communication with distributors leaders and providing timely support and services
  • Provide field feedbacks to company with regards to products, operations, distributors and competitors and taking relevant actions to resolve distributors challenges
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on sales performance and other vital statistics of the region

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field or Diploma with 2 years’ experience preferably in Direct Selling, Sales Management and possess good Human Relations skills
  • Strong service orientation as well as relationship building and social skills, able to communicate with people at all level in an organization
  • A positive attitude and a high level of maturity is a key success factor for this position
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in BM, English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia to conduct company events

Remuneration

Salary offered up to RM3,700.00
