  • Develop and implement effective resourcing strategies to attract experienced candidates through sound understanding of the market conditions.
  • Manage effective resourcing timeframes and ensuring that positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • Execute qualified resourcing and selection process which involves pre-screening, interviewing and assessment of applicants to match the competencies against the requirements specified by the business units.
  • Provide advisory support on manpower and market conditions.
  • Source and manage recruitment and search firms, for resourcing activities.


  • Language requirement :
    • English
    • Malay
  • Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) HR experience in similar capacity. Fresh graduates or candidates with experience working in GLC companies are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess strong drive and enthusiasm with the motivation and credibility to deal with people at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Results-driven and able to work independently.
  • Resourceful, organized, flexible and highly self-motivated.
