Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond and resolve client support requests, received by phone and email
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Record support requests, prioritising and escalating as required.
  • To handle all incoming Customer email/telephone enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing outstanding issues and keeping clients informed.
  • Assisting the implementation of a Support Knowledgebase and similar process improvements
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage response/solution within agreed SLA
  • Complete daily administrative routines

Requirements:

  • Looking for Junior Executive
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Sultan Ismail.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
  • Understanding of clients issue with data submission
  • Comfortable with using MS Office Applications suite
  • Excellent command of English language (Written and verbal) is a must
  • Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or internet
  • General understanding of internet services such as email, FTP etc
  • Knowledge of invoicing/accounting packages
  • Data transfer protocols
  • Will be required to work from 9pm to 6am KL time ( US Hours)
  • Age 24-35 years old

Salary offered up to RM3K
