Junior Store Executive

Balakong, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate store operations, e.g. perform warehouse functions, receiving stock, receiving goods, packing/unpacking
  • Assist store Supervisor to direct the day-to-day activities of distribution of stock to Field Engineers
  • Plan and schedule stock receive and return
  • Contribute to process optimization and ensure efficiency in store operations, e.g. familiar with Sales Invoice, Delivery Note, Packing Note, Goods Receive Note including data entry of goods into inventory system.
  • Coornidate inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy, e.g. execute stock take and ensure all inventory transactions are updated and recorded accurately and timely
  • Assess, negotiate and liaise with 3rd party vendors on stock ordering and purchasing
  • Ensure work place safety accordance to Fire & Safety regulation

Requirements:

  • Looking for Fresh / Entry Level
  • Permanent position available.
  • Work Experience : 1 - (year).
  • Experience in Specialization below (or equivalent) :Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Bilingual- English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Prefer Chinese Male
  • Physically fit
  • Experience in planning and managing warehouse and logistics activities preferred
  • Hands on experience in planning and scheduling daily delivery activities, receiving and issuing activities, stock taking, housekeeping is an advantage
  • Ability to plan and optimize space for stock storage
  • Positive work attitude, and have a strong sense of responsibility & urgency
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work on weekends
  • Valid driving license

Minimum salary offered from RM1.7K
