Technical Support Executive / Manager

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Provides in-house software and hardware support and consultation.
  • Set up and monitor company server.
  • Ability to analyze company requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet company’s requirements and objectives, recommendations on system changes, enhancements & upgrades.
  • Support colleague in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade existing application to support changes in company business environment.
  • Involved in software implementation included system study, gap analysis, specification & proposal preparation.
  • Communicate with external parties include software and hardware provider.
  • Timely keep track and reporting of own progress and achievements.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management as and when needed.

Requirements:

  • Looking for Junior Executive
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and process and solution oriented abilities.
  • Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and initiative to problem solving.
  • Preferably Executives and above specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • Experience in server setting.
  • Full-Time position available.

Remuneration

Salary range: RM2.5K - RM4K
