Admin Assistant

Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible on general administration jobs.
  • Undertakes others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior when necessary.
  • Assist in handling incoming call.
  • Handling of general office administration duties and multi-tasking to any duties assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Ensure proper filling for easy retrieval.
  • Maintenance the filing system and documentations.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be possess at least diploma, Bachelor Degree.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills, and possess good telephone etiquette.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Hardworking, able to Multi-tasking, resourceful a proactive with sense of urgency.
  • Must be a good team player, mature and attentive to details.
  • Computer literacy, knowledge in Ms Office: Word, Excel and power point.
  • Preferred Chinese Female
  • Looking for Fresh / Entry Level
  • Permanent position available.

Remuneration

  • Salary range: RM2K - RM2.5K
  • Benefit : EPF, SOCSO provided
