Campaign Manager

W.P. Kuala Lumpur


  • Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of the buyer side campaign briefing process to ensure the successful delivery of acquisition supplier campaigns against business KPIs and brand objectives
  • Management and tactical delivery of integrated online and offline campaigns initiatives across all channels reviewing all briefing documentation in accordance with sign-off procedures
  • Manage the buyer side core client relationships and their internal stakeholders taking ownership of the campaign delivery process and advising, defining and developing specific segment messaging campaigns to directly support the business objectives
  • Maintain a comprehensive market awareness and gain a good understanding of the products and services from key competitors, communicating the differences to both the sales team and senior managers to ensure all communications are supported with genuine market insight for effective acquisition of buyer side suppliers
  • Co-ordinate and brief all business areas critical to the campaign success and work with back office team to prepare campaign data and verification of known network suppliers
  • Work closely with the Sales and delivery teams to use all tools and techniques to maximise supplier acquisition engagement and create consistent campaign messages across all supplier touch points 
  • Manage the creative production of online and offline campaigns from the initial concept through to the finished product including the development of imagery and the end to end campaign messaging: including the test plan and copy creation
  • Management of campaign budget, tracking and reporting performance against KPIs; providing valuable recommendations to the future campaign strategy
  • Manage project budgets relating to deliverables (including agency invoicing and PO processes)
  • Work with marketing, product and UI team to provide continuous improvement to deliver campaign plans and gather insights and ensure recommendations can be made against any campaign gaps or new opportunities


  • Experienced in the implementation and delivery management of complex, multi-channel data driven campaign programs
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple direct client relationships whilst delivering large scale and complex campaigns whilst working in a complex matrix environment.
  • Proficiency using campaign CRM system and proven segmentation and data interpretation experience
  • International campaign experience gained within an in house B2B environment or within an agency, managing B2B client campaigns 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and management of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Proven experience of managing campaigns or working with marketing technologies.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing or business studies
