  • Provide nursing services to patient by handling and monitoring the patient
  • Assist vets with clinical cases and surgery including general anaesthesia maintenance and minor surgery
  • Assist Vets in administrating treatments (eg injections, medication, dressing, first aid, euthanasia duties, etc.)
  • Assist Vets for emergency cases, check all boarding cases on drips and  monitor after surgery cases
  • Collect and record animal information such as weight, size, physical condition, food intake, treatments and medications received
  • Carry out checks on animals, including taking the temperature and inspection of eyes, ear, nose and throat for signs of infection or abnormality and reports  any abnormalities to Consulting Veterinarian
  • Identify any emergency situations and report immediately to Veterinarian
  • Walks through the kennel areas and check each animal individually for any abnormal activity such as vomiting, diarrhea, or blood in the cage or run and report any signs of illness, disease, injury or unusual activity to veterinarian
  • Administer medications to the boarded animals as instructed by the consulting Veterinarian
  • Carry out routine treatment for boarded and hospitalised animals as instructed by the Consulting Veterinarian
  • Provide ongoing care and support for patients with chronic and terminal conditions
  • Prepare patients for surgery
  • Assist Vet surgeon and surgery nurses in preparation of surgery and after surgery cases
  • Observe and monitor animals recovering from anesthesia
  • Assist Vets in administering blood collection and transfusion
  • Assist Vets in intravenous drip set installation and blood collection for patients
  • Collect and submit the diagnostic samples to Lab
  • Mix food, liquid formulas, medications and food supplements according to prescriptions
  • Mark patient chart correctly for eating, drinking, fecal and urine production
  • Walk, socialize and exercise the hospitalized and boarded dogs as instructed
  • Greet every client with a smile and provide friendly interaction with clients
  • Discharge animals and ensure clients understand the diagnosis, outcome and after-care follow-up arrangements
  • Respond to questions from clients, and provide information about animals as when required 


  • Perform administration duties including entering data into medical computer records and paperwork filing
  • Maintain all appropriate patients records
  • Carry out telephone and general reception duties in absent of Front Desk Personnel
  • Ensure compliance with company practice, policies and procedures
  • Undertake any other duties related to Pet Care Practices as maybe directed from time to time by the Directors


  • Looking for Junior Executive
  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing or specializing in Healthcare in Animal Science or Medical Support or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience in Healthcare Industry
  • Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Diligent and very effective in completing tasks and duties
  • Should be able to read and write simple English and  Bahasa Malaysia
  • A pet lover or must have love for animals
  • Committed, mature and able to work independently
  • Must be hardworking, enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, responsible and willing to learn
  • Previous experience of small animal veterinary would added advantage

Selection Criteria

  •  Must be able to work flexible hours and days
  • A trained nurse with minimum of  2 years of working experience in Nursing or similar field
  • Should be able to handle dogs of all sizes without fear and must be comfortable to work with all animals. e.g. dogs, cats, reptiles, Etc.
  • Should be able to work well under pressure and  in team environment
  • Should be computer literate
  • Must possess own transport
