Business Development Executive

Kepong, W.P. Kuala Lumpur



  • Understand the product, skills and expertise of the company
  • Identify business targets and  analyzing the market for business potential to secure business for the organization
  • Maintain and marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory regularly including uniform/T-Shirt, etc.
  • Assist in implementing merchandising display  on site(Redstorm)
  • Carry out surveys/studies on existing and potential  volume of customers and conduct competitors analysis
  • Carry out regular interaction and communication with existing accounts to ensure customer needs are met
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by mails, telephone and personal visit
  • Handle credit collection and other matters
  • Maintain technical knowledge by learning about new products and trends, establishing personal networks and participating in pet industry related events
  • Facilitates all communications, order processing, and reporting of customer transactions to all relevant personnels
  • Coordinate with sales assistant and other departments which include marketing, customer service, logistic and warehouse on all sales matter to ensure customer requirements are coordinated accordingly.
  • To ensure that accurate daily/weekly activity reports are recorded/updated at all times


  • Assist in planning  & organizing events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, Company events, training sessions and other corporate events
  • Assist in the Canine Sportz Club & MNAWF foundation activities including organizing the events, preparing brochures, posters, flyers, signage’s and take part in the promotional activities
  • Provide support at the event location such as booth set-up, dissemination of information on MNAWF mission and activities.
  • Assist in event planning, sourcing suppliers and event management 


  • Preparing presentations and sales and site visit reports as and when required
  • Maintain, build and update existing and new accounts database
  • Assist sales and marketing team members as well as other departments as and when required
  • Assist the Product Specialist and sales team members as well as other departments as and when required
  • Maintain records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management
  • Carry out other related duties and respond to day to day enquires
