Customer Care Admin

Kota Damansara, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Patient's registration, data entry & updates; appointment booking/scheduling
  • Issuance of receipts; daily settlement & reconcilation of payment received
  • Handling cash & credit cards terminal
  • Stock inventory & updates
  • Sales transaction & report
  • Filling & preparation of patient's files
  • Office general admin

Requirements:

  • Looking for Junior Executive
  • Work Experience : 2 - (year).
  • Must have qualification Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management; Business Admin
  • Language requirement :
    • Chinese
    • English
    • Malay
  • Experience in Specialization below (or equivalent) :
    • Marketing/Business Development
    • Clerical/Administrative Support
    • Customer Service
  • 5-day work week with 2 rest days on week-day
  • Must be willing to work in The Curve, Mutiara Damansara
  • Preferable Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service & Admin

Remuneration

  • Benefit : EPF, SOCSO provided

Salary range: RM1.8K - RM2.8K
