Customer Service Assistant

Subang Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:

  • Handle 1-800 toll free customer hotlines.
  • Working closely with Technical Department to trouble-shoot customer complaints a issues.
  • Keep up to date on new or enhanced products / services in order to maintain high quality services to customer.
  • Address customers concern and feedbacks.

Requirements:

  • Looking for Non-Executive
  • Permanent position available.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service is required fo this position.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
  • Pleasant disposition a good communication skills.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Remuneration

  • Salary (RM)1,300.00 - 1,600.00
